2. Products

All of our teas are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, color, flavor, and aroma may vary slightly between batches.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We accept major debit and credit cards. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Shipping

We ship only within the United States via USPS. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over $35. For full details, please visit our Shipping & Refund Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns of tea products. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days for a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Governing Law
